ACIMEX has developped in partnership with AEROSPATIALE a very high technology vacuum lifter to handle parts during tooling and assembling process.

 

 

 

 

  • Vacuum beam for flaps assembling.
    The parts, in carbon, received a glue induction before turning and pressed together
     

 

  • Handling of a plane wing (ATR 42)
    The lifter is used to plade the wing vertically on different mannequins during assembling process
     

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Handling of crossed sections for Airbus A 380 (junction part between wing and fuselage)
